A morning of yoga, meditation and walking in nature

Sunday 12 August 10.00am-1.00pm

Many of us instinctively turn to nature for healing, inspiration and guidance. I find that if I am tired nature revives me, if I am stressed nature calms me, and if I am confused then time in nature helps to clear my head and bring clarity. 

So when we practice yoga outdoors we have a powerful combination - one that helps us to open more to whatever renewal, relaxation or healing we need.

Our morning will begin with yoga in Hove Park, feeling the grass beneath our feet and connecting with the elements. We’ll then walk up through the woods to Green Ridge - with movement, meditation and reflections along the way.

Practical details

You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy together after the workshop, back in Hove Park.

In wet weather, we'll be inside at Westwerks (41-43 Portland Road) for a deeply nourishing session to recharge and revive!

Everyone welcome (this is not a women-only workshop as most of mine are!), including beginners and women in pregnancy (from 14 weeks) and from 3 months postpartum.

Cost: £25 (£20 for payments received by 9 August - contact me for how to pay)
