What do Pregnancy Yoga classes include?

Pregnancy Yoga will help you to meet the challenges and transformations of pregnancy and birth with strength, confidence and calm. You will learn how to connect with your natural intuition and inner wisdom, and to trust that you know what is best for you and your baby.

Classes include:

  • breathing to help you remain calm, focused and relaxed
  • postural awareness to help relieve common discomforts
