Celebrating a new spring in our step!
In Spring we begin to reach outwards, feeling our spirits rise as everything in nature blossoms and the days lengthen.
Through yoga we'll explore how to optimise the benefits of the season, shifting winter sluggishness and reviving body and mind. As you take this time out to recharge, you may wish to reflect on what the season of change and renewal means for you.

What a weekend looks like…
Friday evening: movement and relaxation to help you arrive, let go, and create space in body and mind for the weekend ahead.
Saturday morning: a combination of gentle and more dynamic flowing sequences to wake up to the treasures of the season and the theme of our retreat, with nurturing relaxation to recharge from head to toe.
Saturday afternoon: an outing with yoga and walking in the beautiful countryside near Brighton.
Saturday evening: join the group for a meal out, or take some time for yourself.
Sunday morning: going deeper. Taking our yoga and meditation practice deeper and anchoring what is important for us.
Cost: £75 (concs £65)
Includes tuition and refreshments. Meals and accommodation not included.
