Pregnancy Yoga - mini-retreats just for you!
One Sunday a month, 2.00-4.30pm
From 14 to 42 weeks of pregnancy. Beginners welcome.

£16 in advance or £20 on the day (space permitting)
Booking
To guarantee a place, please pay in advance. E-mail me for payment details.
Advance payments must be received by the Friday (i.e. 2 day before the workshop).
To pay on the day, check availability with me any time from the Friday (i.e. 2 days before).

Terms and Conditions
Advance bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations of less than 5 days are non-transferable. Workshops need a minimum of 4 people to run. If I cancel you will receive a full refund.
Bring
A yoga mat if you have one (there are only a few to borrow) and a blanket for the relaxation.
Arriving
Please aim to arrive 5 or 10 minutes beforehand. The door entry system says to call 30 for Dru Yoga, then press the green call button. I’ll come and open the door.
Parking and buses
On street parking is £2.80 for 4 hours. You can park on the north side of Portland Road (south side is residents only) or in nearby side streets.
Buses: 2, 2A, 7, 25A, 46, 49, 49A, 95, 95A. The 5 stops on Blatchington Road nearby.
