Mums returning to yoga – time out just for you!
A yoga class can be a valuable space to recharge your batteries and revive mind and body.
You can join my general yoga classes and workshops any time from 3 or 4 months after the birth, please check with me first. Some more dynamic workshops are advisable only from 6 months.
I suggest waiting 6 to 9 months for more energetic yoga and other sports, depending on your instructor’s experience in postnatal exercise.
It takes 9 months to have a baby, and also about 9 months for the pelvic ligaments to recover... so it's important to ease back into exercise with care and awareness.
